Climb-Fit Classes

Improve your fitness with an interesting, functional and intense climbing workout combination. Climb-Fit Instructors mix together functional calisthenics with climbing based training to improve both your base fitness, and your climbing fitness.

Progressive exercises make these classes suitable for all strength and ability levels!

Classes are FREE for all Members.
$17 entry fee for non-members, or add $10 to your climbing session.
Wear enclosed shoes (not climbing shoes). Bookings essential.

Terms and Conditions. Classes paid for online are 100% refundable up until 48 hours before the specified class time, after this time no refund will be processed. If you need to cancel please do so online through the Mind Body site, APP or contact us in store to remove your booking and process your refund.

Hot Rock Class Updates

Although we are open, we are not yet running at pre-COVID capacity. Some of our classes remain suspended while we manage our COVID Safe Plan for climbing and balance the cost of running a full class schedule again.

Youth Classes – School Holiday classes are available to book & Term 1 Rock Monkey enrolment will be open soon!

Technique Tuesdays & Footwork Fridays – will resumed on 12th January 2021 (Tuesdays & Fridays)

ClimbFit – will resume on 11th January 2021 (Mondays & Thursdays)

Aerial Silks – Drop-in classes will resume on 18th January 2021 (Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7pm – must have completed beginner course) and the first Beginner Silks course of 2021 starts on the 1st February!

Bookings are required for all classes to secure your spot. Regular climbing sessions no longer require pre-bookings.

COVID-19 Update

Bookings for general climbing sessions are not required!

We thank everyone in advance for cooperating with our COVID Safe Policies and Procedures. The health and well-being of our customers and staff are important to us, and we are working diligently to ensure the gym remains a safe space for our community to enjoy! Please stay home if you are feeling unwell, and note that powdered chalk is allowed in chalk ball form if contained in a bag (liquid chalk is ok too). Walking around in bare feet is not allowed, so remember to bring appropriate footwear to slip on between climbs if required.

Come in for a climb at any time during our regular scheduled business hours – bookings not required!

Bookings are only required for scheduled Classes & Members Only Morning Sessions. 😃
