We require adults/parents to remain and supervise under-age children at a recommended ratio of 1:5 (adults:kids) for the duration of the booking.
Hot Rock Staff are there to ensure the safety of climbers and cannot supervise guests away from the climbing wall.
Soft drinks, ice cream, & snacks are available for purchase at the facility, but we do not provide food/drink catering for parties.
All Sunday bookings incur a $50 surcharge

We thank everyone in advance for cooperating with our COVID Safe Policies and Procedures. The health and well-being of our customers and staff are important to us, and we are working diligently to ensure the gym remains a safe space for our community to enjoy! Please stay home if you are feeling unwell, and note that powdered chalk is allowed in chalk ball form if contained in a bag (liquid chalk is ok too). Walking around in bare feet is not allowed, so remember to bring appropriate footwear to slip on between climbs if required.
Come in for a climb at any time during our regular scheduled business hours – bookings not required!
Bookings are only required for scheduled Classes & Members Only Morning Sessions.
